Maintenance Technician

Being a maintenance technician is the first step to the top. With continual trainings, education, and NATE certification opportunities, you’ll be able to work your way into a technician or journeyman position. The maintenance technician’s job is to work with residential and commercial HVAC systems to ensure they are working properly, safely, and efficiently.

This is a great job for those who are mechanically inclined and like to work indoors as well as out. This position provides a variety of growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete residential maintenance in a friendly, courteous, and detailed manner
  • Communicating with customers and team members in a professional and courteous manner

Journeyman                                                

Residential Replacement & Commercial Remodel

Work with a team member(s) to install replacement equipment for commercial and residential customers in a professional and detailed manner. This is a year-round job that includes indoor and outdoor work on residential and commercial sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Hanging duct-work
  • Installing HVAC equipment

 


Service Technician  

We are looking for a technician who is friendly, patient, courteous, and efficient. You must have the drive to always do your best and respect our vendors and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnosing and repairing heating, cooling, and refrigeration for commercial and residential sites.

Qualifications:

  • NATE Certified, or willing to become NATE certified
  • Understand wiring
  • Refrigerant certification (is a plus)

 


Shop and Maintenance Assistant

Job Description:

This is a great job for those who like to work with their hands, are mechanically inclined, and like to work indoors as well as out.  This position provides a great opportunity to start a career in the HVAC industry with the ability and support to move up in a fulfilling career. Classes and certification opportunities are provided throughout the years and the opportunity to grow into a NATE certified technician and/or journeyman is encouraged and supported.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Scrapping heating and cooling units and hauling to scrap yard
  • Commercial Maintenance assistance washing rooftop units
  • Running a forklift (training & certification provided)
  • Deliveries to jobs as needed
  • Unloading deliveries as they come in
  • Keep the shop clean, organized, and stocked
  • Maintain shop inventory

 

Qualifications:

  • Mechanically inclined
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
  • Strong work ethic
  • Willing and able to learn about the industry
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Professional image

Salary: $10.00 to $15.00 /hour
