What Are the Benefits of VIP Membership with Star City?
Star City VIP Members get:
- $0 trip fees within Lincoln City limits during regular business hours after initial registration
- 20% discount on all repairs
- 10% discount on all HVAC accessories and duct cleanings
- Discounted after-hours pricing
- Pleated filters: 4-1″ or 1-4″ or cleaning of washable filters
- $50 yearly give-back towards equipment replacement with consecutive renewals
- Exclusive priority scheduling
What Is the Priority Service Benefit?
As a VIP member, you’ll be given priority status when scheduling service appointments. This means that your service request will be scheduled before non-VIP members.
Is My VIP Membership Automatically Renewed Each Year?
Yes—all single Payment VIP Plans will renew on the 12th month after the initial registration month, and monthly payments are required for 12 consecutive months from the initial enrollment. However, you may cancel at any time if you do not want your membership renewed for the following year.
Will My Monthly Payments Change During My Enrollment?
No. The monthly prices for all of Star City’s VIP Membership plans are guaranteed for the term of enrollment. VIP Maintenance Prices may be subject to change for the following year, but we will always provide notice ahead of time.
Can I Gift or Transfer a Star City VIP Membership to Someone Else?
Yes! Our VIP Maintenance plans are a great way to improve home resale value, so we made them easy to transfer to a new location or gift to a new party (such as the buyer for your old home).
