Angela McRoberts | Office Manager

Being a team member of Star City Heating & Cooling has been a journey of professional growth and breaking down the blue-collar stereotypes within our community. It began with a humble beginning of dismantling air conditioning units and shop work to assisting in the development of ultimate customer experiences. Working alongside some of the most intelligent HVAC mechanics in Nebraska, Don Richardson, Keith McRoberts, and Gary Konecky, provided a strong foundation of appreciation and honorto be a part of the HVAC industry. By learning from and leaning on the best in the industry, I’ve been wellsupported in the various roles I’ve taken on. For the past 10 years I’ve worked in almost all aspects of thebusiness. From the shop, I was pulled into the office to answer phones and develop the call center. I managed the marketing and created a community outreach program. I took on service management then went back to the call center as a manager. I basically went where the need was until it could be passed on. Now as the current office manager, I’m working in my true element of building and maintaining the business’ infrastructure while supporting our team. It’s been an honor to work in a group that deserves to be proud of their work and who can be personally trusted at any time.
